Great access to highways or metro-rail for getting downtown or to the best shopping and dinning in austin. Property is on a green belt with a creek running past the backyard, grills, playgrounds, sports, frisbee golf, fishing pond, heated and not heated pools etc right on the trail. The deck overlooks trees, trails, the creek and a turfed backyard (great for kids!) with a trampoline, hammock, fire pit, grill etc etc etc.

house has high end import furnishings from local boutiques, a stocked kuerig coffee bar, 50 inch flatscreen plasma with an amazing picture and a Roku with Netflix, HuluPlus, AmazonPrime, HBO, Showtime and more. Whole home has Sonos Wifi sound system. Internet speeds over 30 meg/sec. Master bath has both a walk-in shower and a garden tub. Top of the line cooking tools, pots/pans, and kitchen knives if you decide to cook meals at home some. 10 foot ceilings throughout and vaulted cathedral ceilings in the living/dining area. Kitchen opens into the dinning/living area for a great open floor plan.

Normally none at all except to email/text you the address and the keyless door code so you can let yourself in. When you get there the house will be cleared and ready to go. When you leave you just lock the door and head on your way...

Buses are a few blocks away as is the Austin Metro Rail.

We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $49 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.

For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). Half of the deposit is refundable if the cleaners don't feel like they need to do a deeper clean to deal with hair, urine, smells etc and there isn't any pet damage.
