Discerning Ranch-Style Home with Grassy Backyard

Suitable for weekend warriors, small families, and business travelers. My home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near major employers: Dell, HP Enterprise, Apple, and St. David's North Austin Medical Center.

Stretch out together on a gray sectional amid a sea of cushions. Wake up in a mid-century-inspired master with eye-catching wall art. Traditional and contemporary elements combine with antique flourishes, such as an ornately carved fireplace surround.

For your peace of mind I also provide guest-use only cleaning supplies such as multi-surface cleaners and disinfectants, disposable gloves, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, extra hand soap, and a vacuum cleaner.

The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks that's just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive from the property.

And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. Awesome stay

Everything was wonderful. Spacious, comfortable, family and pet friendly. It was close to our son’s home, The Domain, multiple food options. The neighborhood was wonderful and we went on many walks. Definitely recommend!

Great Place to Stay, Close to St David's North Austin

Great for our family, close to the medical center at North Austin, which is what we needed. Lots of places to eat and shop within 10 minutes. Well stocked, didn't find anything we needed that wasn't provided. We also brought our dog this trip, and there's a nice backyard that he loved.

This small 2 bedroom home was full of luxury amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, spacious living area, beautiful bathrooms. We loved the pet friendly environment that went along with the lovely home. Communication with Justin was immediate prompt. 5 star home!!

The property was exactly as described and Justin was absolutely amazing! Very clean and everything was well organized and easy to find and use. It was very easy to find and centrally located to Round Rock and Austin. Plenty of ameities to make the stay very enjoyable! Cozy and comfortable furnishings. Higly recommended!

We enjoyed the smooth contactless check in process. It was big enough for me, my spouse, and our 2 dogs. I liked the little amenities that he thought of to make it more homie. It was a quiet neighborhood.

Great place - quiet neighborhood!

This place is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is easy access to main highways to see area attractions. Within 10 minutes to grocery and any other needs. Justin left many good notes as to where things were and how to operate any appliances and was very communicative during the process. All the basic supplies were provided so less need to bring or buy the basics. Thank you! The only hiccup we had was different check-in codes were provided per the pre-arrival documents vs the Vrbo messaging app. After a quick vrbo message and then a text to Justin he clarified the correct code and all was good!

Well appointed comfortable home

First of all, the beds were very comfortable which is not always the case with a rental. Very nice, comfortable house which filled all our needs. Centrally located. The candy dishes were a very nice touch! Would definitely stay again if we are back in Austin.

Wonderful property

My husband and I stayed at this property for Thanksgiving week and to visit family living in Austin. The house was perfect for our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and located close to many nearby amenities - shopping, dining, and not far from downtown. The home was clean and organized and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Justin was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Austin area.

Austin Sports Weekend

We traveled to Austin for my kids lacrosse and soccer tournaments. The location was in between the different fields. It is exactly as listed. It is very clean and well organized. Justin didn't miss a thing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The couch was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We would definitely consider renting again if in the area.

Great neighborhood, perfect stay

We needed a place just far enough from downtown Austin to be quiet and drama-free and close enough to get in and out for exploring and events. Justin's rental and Wells Branch in general proved to be a perfect choice.

Happy Stay

If it was not for a little fraud on the cleanliness of this property, we would have given a five star. I think the cleaning crew could do a better job as we found debris in the kitchen disposal that made the sink smelt badly when we moved in. We had to clean the kitchen and the greasiness a bit. Then we did not get response from the host one time. Other than that, this is a good place to stay in. The owner has put thoughts into the house responsibly. The bed is very comfy that has offered us all good sleep. The location is very convenient close to main highways and stores.

Baby Shower in Austin

When we arrived, it was 105 degrees with almost 90% humidity. This was our first trip to Austin and other than a short trip to view downtown we stayed cool and comfortable at Three Points. Accommodations were excellent, loved the decor and comfort, a/c was fantastic. Kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with anything you could need, including the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Would highly recommend and would also stay there again.
