Unlike most of the comparable homes in our area, we are not a property management company & we operate legally. Every personal touch, local suggestion, item in your welcome basket, extra towel, flexible check-in/out accommodation, passed along beverage, & pantry item is because we care about you having an AUTHENTIC Austin experience and we are HUMANS with empathy, compassion, and excellent taste.

High-end Bachelor/Bachelorette groups are welcome if every member of your group fully agrees to our ethos of total respect for our home & making zero to no impact on our neighbors. This is NOT the house to book for a binge-drinking getaway. THIS IS A MUST. We will give you equal respect and more.

Enjoy the thoughtful, personal touches of our family home, including a well-stocked kitchen, 1929 Steinway grand, iconic art, & a gathering space we have intentionally created as a regular gathering place for our own beloved creative community.

Sarah is a multiple Austin Music Award-winning singer and songwriter. She is happy to help you book local musicians to play a private living room concert. We personally host local legends regularly.

Our home is solar-powered w/ 13KW backup battery to buy time if the grid is down.

Wonderful stay & wonderful hosts!

Sarah was beyond accommodating & provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Her home is beautiful and I wasn’t able to find a single other option that comfortably fit a large group and was still very close to downtown so it was absolutely perfect.

Awesome weekend

Our extended family was in Austin for a wedding and had a great weekend. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 11 of us. We spent most of our time around the pool. Sarah was great to work with. We highly recommend the house

Girls Trip - Relaxing Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! Was close and convenient to many activities in Austin, but also in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to enjoy and relax in the home. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, an there was plenty of room for our party of 10 with comfortable sleeping arrangements. We also enjoyed the nearby walking/running trails around Lady Bird Lake. Sarah was very responsive to anything we needed!

Fantastic home and host!

We could not have been happier with our stay in Austin! Sarah was nice enough to let us know as soon as the house was ready! She was even lugging in the groceries that I had ordered ahead of time, with her recommendation! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable! It was so well stocked! Sarah thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay! She even left us a welcome basket with snacks! It was very easy to grab an Uber but also walkable to the hot spots. My husband and I took a walk in the morning along the river. There is a beautiful jogging trail along the water lined with interesting trees! The new plunge pool was such a great place to hang out before we hit the strip! I would highly recommend Sarah and her beautiful home!

Such a nice home

We were here for a bachelorette girls weekend and the house was absolutely perfect. Sarah was so nice and accommodating. The kitchen living room space was perfect to enjoy everyone’s company.
