Rooms were clean! House was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was secluded and very accessible. Amenities were provided and the place was extremely organized. Lori was a great host, she made us feel very welcomed. We will book again when we return to Austin.

The ONLY suggestion I would make is not having used condiments from previous renters and maybe a full length mirror in the primary bedroom. This would have been an easy five stars, however, due to the neighbors barking dog (at 11:30pm, 1am, 2am, 3am and 6am every night), I can’t rate this as high as I wish. The house was accessible, clean, comfortable and equipped with many comforts. We enjoyed the stay very much (with the above exception).Communication with host was easy and she was as responsive as she could be.

Great Girls Getaway

Three of my friends and I stayed 4 nights at this adorable house. It is so conveniently located to everything. It is beautifully decorated and meticulously cleaned and maintained. It has a great little backyard to sit out and have coffee or a cocktail. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. There was great info provided for the area.

Home is spacious with comfortable bedding, towels and great amenities. The location to all that Austin has to offer is fantastic. House had everything we needed plus some. House is in a very large neighborhood but we were impressed with how calm and quiet it was. Would definitely stay.

Drove from El Paso with daughter from LA and her Maltipoo. Home exactly as pictured on website but better in person! Clean, bright environment with more than ample, updated supplies. Perfect stay. This home is impeccable! We were attending the Austin Celtic festival at Pioneer Farms. Only 2 miles from Pioneer Farms, easy access roads, excellent restaurants within a couple miles and very easy access to downtown Austin. Excellent neighborhood, very quiet and calm. The home is very Warm and inviting the moment you walk into the home. Beautiful patio seating access for at least eight. We stayed in the fall, so the outside was very comfortable sitting in the morning and evenings. There are also plenty of towels Very soft sheets. I I highly recommend this beautiful home for everyone that visits Austin!!!

Perfect place to stay

I was traveling on business to Austin (I run an installation company) and found this Gem. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and well laid out, I think I slept just about everywhere with no issue it was very comfortable! I was so glad my dog was allowed to come, she has the worst separation anxiety at home. She loved it too. My son was already down with his dad and they came and had game night, there’s a great dining table perfect size for board games. The yard was beautiful. (I can’t get over the color palette they used on the interior) the biggest issue was deciding which place to sleep. There’s three beds, and I slept in two of them, and napped on the big comfy couch. Great location and very easy to get to. Would absolutely stay here again, great hosts, beautiful well maintained property, quiet neighborhood.
