Luxurious but extremely family friendly Italian Villa w/ large heated pool and spa in sought after Travis Heights, just a short walk to bustling South Congress. Stunning downtown views from backyard pool and spa and two covered patios. Newly updated kitchen and dramatic finish-out. 25-ft ceilings, spa-like master bath, beautiful private courtyard, lush landscaping, walk-out basement w/ guest quarters, and play room, elegant study, walk to downtown by accessing the hike and bike trail just behind the home. Plus...we have allllllll the kid stuff! We have both a teenager and a toddler so have everything a family might need. High chairs, pack and plays, a crib, baby-proofing, ride on toys, bikes, scooters, play house, sand box, etc. Perfect for multi-generational family gatherings. This is our personal home so not looking to be the party house.
