Located in the heart of Dripping Springs, this gorgeous home is just a short drive from Austin and within easy reach a multitude of restaurants, breweries, wineries, wedding venues, and shopping options. Offering a private slice of Texas Hill Country, this property boasts over 15 acres of rolling hills rich with native plants and wildlife. Animals that frequent the area include white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, and many species of rare and interesting birds including the golden-cheeked warbler, which nests only in the Hill Country. Dripping Springs is also known as the Official Wedding Capital of Texas, with over 50 venues in the area. This home's central location offers convenient access to many of them.

With more than 2,000 square feet of living space, this immaculate home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms - perfect for group retreats. Enter via the main great room, featuring an open-concept design blending living and dining areas. Bright and airy, vaulted ceilings and strong natural light accent the room's rustic ambiance, with all new wood flooring featuring throughout. Designed with gathering in mind, the space is comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, a foosball table and a wall of French doors offering deck and pool access and sweeping, hillside views. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to whip up your favorite homemade meals. It offers stainless steel appliances including a four-burner electric stovetop and a skylight bringing in wonderful natural light. There is also a convenient kitchen bar with seating for four. The formal dining area features an Austin-made wood table with a matching bench and chair seating for eight. There is also additional bar seating for four.

The primary bedroom includes a smart TV, and a private bathroom with stone counter vanity and a tub/shower combo. French doors provide patio access and views. Natural lighting fills the second and third guest rooms, with a full bathroom shared between them. Accessible via an exterior flight of stairs, the fourth bedroom/casita suite features a smart TV, partial AC, kitchenette, and en suite bathroom.

Enjoy the huge back deck and patio offering multiple picnic tables for outdoor dining and family gatherings. Natural landscaping and an abundance of mature trees allow for a peaceful setting. The firepit and sparkling, private pool offer year-round enjoyment. Spend some time walking and discovering the many acres of Texas Hill Country, or challenge friends and family to a game of ping-pong in the carport or corn hole in the backyard for some fun.

Things to Know
The 4th bedroom is on the second level of the home and there are exterior stairs at the end of the house to access the area.
No hunting.
No smoking.
No fireworks of any kind are permitted on the property, due to the dry conditions in the area.
Firewood is not provided and firepit many not be used if burn ban is in effect
Guests do not have access to the well pump/shed.
The pool is cleaned on Friday
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
