[Newly Renovated] Have you seen the view? Perched high atop the elegant gated community, The Island on Lake Travis, this condo has one of the few "panoramic" views of the Lake Travis sunset. This condo has an amazing master bathroom for an upgraded experience. The fireplace is an electric light feature for your enjoyment. The patio is spacious and has an amazing view of the lake and cliffs of the hill country.

This is the *perfect* spot to seek refuge for any time of the year. Enjoy the onsite restaurant, plentiful amenities, and the best nights rest you've had in years. This gated, luxurious tuscan experience is complimented by easily-navigable, sun-kissed grounds, and a peace and quiet that is un-matched by the bustling city life around the Austin area. Come, find rest here!

OCCUPANCY: Max guests for rates listed is 4 in beds. $10 per additional guest per night. No exceptions. we can fit 6 in beds listed and can provide an air mattress upon request for 2 additional guests.

RENTING AGE: Minimum 25

DEER: There are deer all around the property, please feed them deer approved food, which you can find at the boutique at the fitness center.
