THE HOME
The spacious main floor of this open-layout home is perfectly suited for entertaining. Plenty of natural light fills the shared living space, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. Home chefs will enjoy whipping up a memorable meal in the gourmet kitchen - which has plenty of additional seating for spectators and sous-chefs! 1) This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
3) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional fee of $175/day plus tax.
