Explore a property with two homes accommodating up to 16 guests—10 in the front main house and 8 in the back guest house. Both homes feature whole-house audio, an attached two-car garage, free street parking, outdoor speakers, and luxury furnishings.
Main House: The spacious living area boasts 14' ceilings, a generous sectional sofa, a 75” Samsung 4K TV, and a 16’ slider opening to a well-equipped outdoor patio. The gourmet chef’s kitchen includes a large island with bar seating and a dining table. The first-floor master bedroom features a 55" Samsung 4k TV, a King bed, and a soaker tub with an oversized dual rain shower. The second floor has two secondary bedrooms with Queen beds, blackout shades, 55" Samsung 4k WiFi TVs, and full bath access. A bonus living area on the second level includes a West Elm Trundle bi-level Twin sleeper sofa, 55" Samsung 4k WiFi TV, Wii U, and board games. The house offers an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable, internet-connected TVs, home automation, exterior cameras, alarm systems, and app-controlled lighting and sound.
Guest House: This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oasis features 14' ceilings, and a 16' slider opening to the outdoor entertainment area. The Master bedroom includes a King bed, a private patio, a full bath with a walk-in double rain shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has three Full bunk beds for 6 guests, a large closet, and an attached full bath. The kitchen area includes a bar-height table, a luxury sleeper sofa, a 65" TV, and in-wall speakers.
Backyard: Fully equipped with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, lighting, outdoor speakers, and games like ping pong, beer pong, Bocce ball, foosball, skee ball, Jenga, cornhole, and more. Test your grilling skills on a Traeger pellet smoker. Large sliders provide direct access from the homes for an indoor/outdoor space, perfect for maximizing your Austin vacation.
One of the finest Modern Estates in downtown Austin, the property is 6 blocks from the Frank Erwin Center, the UT Football Stadium, and the UT baseball stadium. Rainey Street is just minutes(about a mile) South of the property and is lined with eateries and bars such as the Javalina Bar and Lustre Pearl.
The East Side Cafe, Salty Sow, Dai Due, and other popular eateries on Manor Rd Restaurant Row are just minutes North of the home while Blue Dahlia Bistro, Hillside Farmacy, Old Thousand, Quickie Pickie, Franklins BBQ, and East Side Pies are one block south. We are 5 blocks to famous 6th street or a 2-minute cab or ride share from anything downtown has to offer. Maybe new retail shops and restaurants across 12th street and a local convenience store are next doors.

Pet Policy:
Bring your furry friend along for your stay at our pet-friendly property! For just $150 per reservation, as a starter. (If you have more than one pet please contact us regarding options.)
The pet fee does not include any damages your pet causes.
Please keep pets in crates when you leave the home.
Please bring your own pet's food and water bowls, and chew toys.
Please make sure to put a leash on your pet, if the pet will be outside of our property.
***PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN POOLS OR HOT TUBS**** YOU WILL BE CHARGED $500 IF PET HAIR IS FOUND IN THE POOL, FILTER, OR HOT TUB.
General Policies
Reservations are for accommodations only.
No guests under 21 without a parent or legal guardian.
Additional guest fees apply in excess of 6 for $35/per guest/per night. and must be under the total allowed by the Austin City Ordinance.
The property does not operate as a venue, events and parties are strictly prohibited.
No smoking anywhere on the premises.
Guest count and pets will be monitored through our exterior security cameras, Undisclosed additional guests will be charged $500 per night per additional guest.
Undisclosed pets or additional pets will be charged $200 per night per pet
We offer our guests the choice between a non-refundable damage deposit of $105.93 per reservation or a refundable one.

After securing your reservation we will send you a link to your personal boarding pass, which includes a rental agreement, verification, and the option to choose either a non-refundable damage waiver or a security deposit. Once you have approved and signed the rental agreement you’ll have access to Check-in instructions and other important information about your stay.
Security cameras are onsite at exterior points. Guest count and pets will be monitored through these cameras so please make sure to accurately disclose.
