Close to Downtown Austin, Hyde Park and UT! Enjoy the amazing and frequent events at Mueller approximately 5 minutes away. Walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants including Home Slice Pizza across the paved alley, and FlightPath Cafe a block away. The house is part of a 2-unit condo regime but shares no walls or utilities so lives like a true single family home.

Guests will have private access to the home. There are 3 onsite parking spaces for guests to use free of charge.

• A $135 security deposit is required for the property, covering the key fob and any damage. It will be refunded after checkout, provided there are no issues.
• Kindly note that the sliding door in the kitchen can be operated with a key; however, the key is not yet available for use. We appreciate your understanding.
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
