Austin fun

Great house very spacious and clean. Great for a trip with the family or group of friends. Multi level and 3.5 bathrooms gives everyone their own space. We went for the UT football game, but plan on renting a car or using an Uber as it is a bit too far to walk to downtown.

5 Star Modern Austin Retreat!

Great house! Great Location! Very Clean! Large fenced yard space if you’re traveling with a pet. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful and just perfect homebase. Backyard was lovely. Only problem we had was lighting the firepit. It is well stocked with what you need. Just as a note( this didn't bother us), there is a fair amount of traffic noise.

Fun Austin House!

A great place to stay. Roomy, clean, modern and fun. A great place for my family with older children to have their own space, but also a large living/dining/kitchen area to gather as a family. Kitchen was well stocked with items to do our own cooking, coffee making, etc. Loved the two different balconies to hang out. A nice location in a quiet and up and coming neighborhood...but close enough to downtown. Quick and easy communication with the owners. I wish our stay was longer. 100% I would stay here again!

Chill Bachelorette Weekend

Perfect property for our chill bachelorette weekend. Enjoyed East ATX during the day, and had a lots of rooftop conversations and laughs at the house in the evening. Fire pit was perfect and cozy. Closets are glorious, room size! The office fit a luxury twin air mattress (placed the office chair right outside the door), and both sofas were way more comfortable than photos do justice. The 2 guest bathrooms and downstairs half bath helped with hassle free mornings for our group. Ceiling fans were such a huge help with regulating the temperature for everyone. Zero complaints— 10/10 recommend

Fun Time

What I loved most about this property were the bathrooms! With 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, there was plenty of room for us 6 girls. We didn't feel crowded. The top deck was fun to go out on to see the downtown skyline. We got lots of good pics from that. It was a different type of house to stay in and we loved it! The cool air moving to the 2nd floor wasn't the best, but we survived. It was February.

Eastside Gem for Visiting Family

Location is perfect. This home is surrounded by other new and recently built homes of similar style. We felt very safe here. It has convenient access to Airport Blvd but is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Only a 10 minute walk to the Mueller area bike and hike trail system. Parking was great. The view from the 3rd floor balcony provided many picturesque views of downtown Austin including the Capitol. The house feels luxurious and the layout is very attractive. It suited us perfectly with the immaculate downstairs master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and all utilities. Our grown son came and stayed with us in one of the 2 spacious bedrooms on the second floor, both equipped with full baths. Very important to us, seniors, was the superb quality of the mattresses in all bedrooms. The house was very clean and that together with the stylish furnishing and decorative appointments made us feel immediately welcome, pampered and at home. The kitchen provided us with all of the necessary equipment we needed to experiment with and produce some awesome Korean meals using ingredients from local Asian markets. The cookware was easy to find and the pantry was thoughtfully stocked. We encountered no issues at all with the house but we did have a question for the manager after we arrived. He was easy to contact and super friendly, responding immediately with a solution. As our new grandchild lives close by, we will be using this place as our first choice for our home away from home!
