Brand new! Beautiful home that sits on a generous, fully enclosed gated lot. It is conveniently located only 3 minutes away from downtown Dripping Springs. Within a few minutes from the property you will be able to find wineries, breweries, distilleries, wedding venues and the best restaurants that the area has to offer. If you are coming to Dripping for a wedding, a getaway, or a gathering, this is the place to be! Location, location, location!
The space
This property has the perfect location. Only 7 minutes away from Camp Lucy/ Tillie’s and 3 minutes away from Ma Mansion it is the perfect spot to be if you are coming in for a wedding. If drinking is what brings you to town Dripping Springs Vodka is located right across the street (no need to drive). Bell Springs Winery is less than 5 minutes away and Fox 12 Brewery less than 7.
