Overall, the place was nice. Loved the walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. Biggest concern I had was after spending a couple of days there, we found a master bedroom window unlocked. I need to start making sure all is secure when entering a unit.
Stayed at this location for my bachelor party and it was great. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The host was very easy to communicate with and made the check out process a breeze. I would recommend this property to anyone!
Great location and great place for few friends to stay for few days. Only thing wasn't working was the clothes washer hope it's fixed for next person renting the place good communication as well.
The check in was very easy- the main living space was nice and open. The kitchen was very nice with a gas stove and plenty of space for all of us to eat together. We did wash dishes before we used them which is actually common in rentals. The couches which fold out to beds were not very clean or comfortable. We covered them with blankets. The beds in all the bedrooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of closet and storage space to put our clothesThere was shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. A couple suggestions- a guide book/ house book with area suggestions, a few card games, some kitchen hand towels and oven mitts, fix the floor in the closet. Overall this was a nice house within walking distance to some restaurants. I suggest driving into downtown Austin.
Was clean. Master bathroom shower was broken and didn’t work. It has clearly been an issue before as someone wrote instructions on how to turn it on with sharpie on the door. During our visit the water wouldn’t turn on and the handle was broken from age/rust. This place is clearly being slowly upgraded at some point but it seems typical maintenance is falling behind. However the price was reasonable and the location was excellent.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
A few broken items in the place that should have been already fixed like a bedroom door that was missing a whole hinge. Dust thicker than peanut butter on top of fridge and microwave. Long hairs on the bathroom floor and in sink. Sheets smelled like mildew. Why are you charging a cleaning fee and the place not being cleaned properly? Communication with host was not good. I asked for the door to be repaired after we left and somebody shows up to fix it anyway at night.
