The Space:

This sprawling single level Austin retreat offers seven bedrooms and three bathrooms designed for ultimate comfort and group entertainment. The sleeping quarters include three private bedrooms furnished with king beds and four bedrooms featuring queen beds all equipped with premium linens. The heart of the home is a spacious living area perfect for gathering which flows into a fully stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances and a dining table for shared meals. A dedicated game room features a professional pool table for indoor fun. The outdoor oasis is truly unique offering a large swimming pool with a relaxing waterfall and a private hot tub. Guests can enjoy the screened in movie lounge porch providing a comfortable space to relax regardless of the weather. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a private playground for children plus an outdoor kitchen and fire pit for evening social time. A separate poolside casita provides additional flexible space for your group.

Guest Access:

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire single level home and all its amenities. This includes the seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the indoor game room with a pool table, and the expansive outdoor oasis. Outside, you are free to enjoy the private swimming pool, the hot tub, the screened in movie lounge porch, the outdoor kitchen, the fire pit, and the fenced playground. A separate poolside casita is also available for your group to use. Parking is available on the street and in the driveway.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the scenic trails of Bartholomew District Park are only five minutes away by car, providing a great space for morning walks or play. While having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the city at your own pace, you will find ample parking available right at the house, including both driveway and street parking. For those traveling by air, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive away. While our neighborhood offers a quiet residential feel, you are just a short drive from major roads that connect you quickly to downtown and the vibrant Mueller District.
