The entire place was immaculate and as advertised. Exceptionally clean and easy to understand with a detailed book of instructions to help navigate on property amenities. Macey was the best host helping us understand the area and local tips. We will definitely be back!

Great House

This property was fantastic. Great outdoor space. Big kitchen. The overlook of the lake was beautiful. We rented this house for a 3 day offsite business meeting. Highly recommend to other large groups.

Family & Friends Celebration

The property and house are amazing, beyond what the photos imply. 18 of us stayed on site and there was plenty of room to play, relax, and eat. We did not have to leave. The exclusive neighborhood is a plus and the private dock is easily walkable. 5 minute boat ride to Devil's Cove for a fun day on the water. Property manager was very responsive and made planning, check-in, check out very convenient.

Amazing Lakehouse

Such an amazing house! We had a party of 12 adults for a special event and stayed four nights. So much to do onsite with the pool, hot tub, media room, game room, putting green, horseshoes or just relaxing that we never left! Plus the property manager Macey is great. Super responsive before and during our stay! Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing House & Property

Amazing long weekend to have my best friends together to celebrate my 40th birthday. There was plenty of room and space for 15 adults. Macey was awesome and always available to answer any questions.

Great family gathering spot!

This house was excellent! We had a group of family members kids to adults. There is plenty of space the pool was great! House manager was awesome answered all my questions right away. I hope to go back next year ! Thank you!! Love your house!

Amazing Place to Stay in Austin

This place was absolutely amazing for our large group. It was extremely clean, the views were immaculate, and we were able to sleep 17 extremely comfortably. The property management group stayed in constant contact and were able to assist if we had any questions or issues at all immediately. If anyone has a large group and doesn’t mind the 45 min drive to the city, this home is incredible and worth every penny.

Awesome House!

This house is amazing! Plenty of fun things to do, pool, hot tub, putting green, pool table and more. Lots of space too. It was so nice to Dan out and not feel like you were on top of one another. The host was amazing, answered all our questions and it was nice to know we could reach her at any time. If we come back to Leander this is definitely our house of choice!

5 Star Service at a 5 Star Home!!

Beautiful, luxury home with prime time views of Lake Travis! Macey, the property manager was amazing! Secluded with no neighbors to disturb you. Serene with magnificent views…and the pool! What an Oasis! My family loved this vacation and we plan on coming back again! I highly recommend staying here at this beautiful, private home!

Incredible Resort Style Home

What a wonderful resort style home! We had our girls weekend there and the home was an incredible retreat for our group. Between 18 women, we felt like we had plenty of space to spread out and gather as a group. We loved the pool / outdoor area just as much as the rest of the home. Macey, the property manager, was quick to respond and a true delight to work with before, during and after our stay. We are already planning our next trip to this beautiful place!

Dream Vacation Home

We rented to house for our wedding party on our wedding weekend. It was the most gorgeous house we’ve ever stayed in. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for all guests, and enough space for 22 people (which is hard to imagine). The house played a huge role in our wedding being the best weekend of our lives - it was the perfect set up for quality time with our friends and family (not to mention an AMAZING pool). We could not have imagined a better house, host or experience.

Beautiful estate with exceptional outdoor living space and lake views

This property lives up to the reviews and was an ideal spot for us to gather and enjoy a long Texas fall weekend. The location is private and secluded with spectacular views of Lake Travis. The trip into Austin can take an hour with traffic (busy weekend with F1 race and University of Texas football game), but we made the drive several times during our stay without problems. The outdoor living space is amazing and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time at the property. Macey with the property management group was very helpful and responsive. Thanks for everything.

Beyond exceptional experience, one great home!

This was an amazing home. Me and 20 of our closest family spent my mother’s 80th birthday at this magnificent, palatial home. A private getaway with everything we needed to spend the entire time on the property. Everything was top notch. Macey (host) was on top of whatever we needed, before we checked in, to being available early in the morning for my pre caffeinated meltdown because I could not get the coffee maker to work, her communication was spot on! We will definitely be back! Thanks Macey!

Lovely estate for extended family

3 generations of family stayed here for our annual gathering of the clan. All enjoyed the hot tub (the pool was much too cold though), the fire pit, and being outside in the large yard. The varied areas for socialization and play were particularly nice for the kiddos and adults alike. The views were incredible. Inside, the beds and baths were all comfortable. The downstairs wine-cellar bedroom (what the kids humorously called the dungeon) was clammy and musty, but otherwise fine for the couple who stayed there. The great room was perfect for inside socialization. We mostly brought in already prepared food, but the kitchen was well stocked for sit down meals and food preparation. Finally, Macey was responsive and helpful during all stages of our stay. We hope to return next year!

STUNNING Lake Travis Private and Serene Retreat

My family booked this home for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The house exceeded all our expectations, it is generously sized and provided our family of 16 people ample room to relax and enjoy all the luxuries the house has to offer. The back yard and pool area gave us a place to relax, recharge, and connect with nature, as well as breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Travis. The property manager, Macey, was very helpful and accommodating and quickly answered all questions and concerns that came up during our stay. I highly recommend this rental - You will not be disappointed!!!

Fantastic Home for a Large Group

A group of 17 of us came to this home for the F1 race in Austin and it was absolutely perfect. The home is absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. The layout and space was everything we could have hoped for. The back yard area was incredible and where we spent the majority of our time catching up and enjoy the beautiful Texas weather. Macey, the property manager, was extremely communicative and helped us with all of our needs immediately and even on the weekend which we tremendously appreciate. If you have a large group and are wanting somewhere that is extremely beautiful but also feels like home, I would highly recommend this property!

Best of Texas!

Macey facilitated booking by answering all up front questions promptly and with appropriate detail. Check-in was painless and Macey showed us all around the property, even helping us unload our belongings and carry into house. We used 6 of the 7 bedrooms and all other area inside and outside and everything was as advertised and in good working order. We loved the expansive layout with areas we could all gather in or small groups could break away for fun activities. Of course in July the pool was the center attraction and we enjoyed it from sunrise till past sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked with a wide variety of prep, serving, and place setting gear and didn't want for anything there. The beverages refrigerator and ice machine of the bar area were very useful and having a washer and dryer in both wings of the house was helpful. Importantly, most everyone told me their bed was very comfortable and there were ample towels for inside use and separate towels for pool time.... awesome! The views are as pictured in the listing, and we enjoyed being well above the river/lake with expansive views. We also used DoorDash for grocery delivery and they had no problems getting to us. Net is we are very happy with our experience and will rebook when a return to Austin area for a family reunion is on our radar.... Thanks again Macey!

This property is perfect in every way, from the location to the service. This is my second time renting this home and I'm excited for future trips. The house has been well-maintained and has everything you'd need for a great retreat. Beds are comfy, showers are great, and the views are stunning. Amazing home, set up for the perfect getaway. We hosted 18 family members for an intimate wedding celebration, and the setting could not have been better. The view is spectacular, and infinite pool/hot tub combination overlooking is unbeatable.Lots of kitchen space, which was great for a family that loves to cook. The kids really enjoyed the game room and theater. In addition, the property manager is super responsive and ensured that all our needs were met - everything from arranging/delaying lawn and appliance care to making sure we had our questions about local venues answered.
