Room was okay and we slept fine. No complaints about the cleanliness. I would have given it 5 stars but the guy at check in was super unfriendly. He didn't even say "hello." He seemed annoyed that we were there interrupting whatever it was he was doing. After check in we never saw anyone working the check in desk. Lobby is a ghost town.

FAMILY OCCASION.

I always stay at the Quality Inn because I loved it everywhere. This time the front desk clerk was no where to be found and she was rude and UNFRIENDLY. I almost went somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was clean. Place was quiet. Location is next to a railroad track, with runs all through the night, the bells qnd horn could be heard but not so much the train passing. The wifi speed was slow probably due to everyone utilizing. I have T-mobile and the cell service was crappy, I could hardly get a signal. Overall the stay was great.

Smell of pot smoke from another customer in the parking lot and down the hall when we arrived back at our room that night. No happy with that at all, made me feel uncomfortable. Room was not as clean as I expected from a Quality Inn.
