Austin’s largest VRBO Penthouse in the heart of historic Rainey street. Have a glass of wine with the ladies while enjoying breathtaking views from either of the two balconies. Furnished by Austin’s global design winning studio - Four Hands - the space is relaxing, warm, comforting and modern. So many options to consider while relaxing on the sofa or having a cup of coffee in the dining area to include reading a good book, streaming a show on the 75” TV, listening to the Sonos music system, or enjoying the views through the floor to ceiling windows.

While the optimal guest count is 4-6 guests, the unit has the ability to flex up and host 12-13 guests. All mattresses are very comfortable ( no fold out sofa’s here) 1 king, 2 Queen and 4 ($1200) twin roll out beds. ** undisclosed overnight guests are billed at $150 per person per night. Please make sure guest count is correct. If you are planning an event- let’s discuss.

A few reasons why spending a little extra to stay in the heart of Austin and avoid horrific hours waiting in traffic / hunting for parking. We strongly advise taking the 15 minute uber from the airport. Valet parking is available but pricey and street parking is difficult to find… truth told - there is little need for a car.

You are steps away from Austin's best nightlife and more than 30 restaurants, town lake & nearby museums. Brunch, lunch, dinner are literally a few steps away along with a small but plentiful grocery store should you choose to stay in and test your chef skills.

It’s a 3-5 minute walk on Rainey street or alongside the lake and you will arrive Van Zandt / 4 seasons for a great brunch or speakeasy cocktail.

Attended annual Junior League Christmas Affair. Dined at Roaring Fork! Danced at the locals Don’s Depot. Top evening off in the Penthouse Suite with wine and Incredible night skyline views! Well maintained very clean. Great location. Heated Pool on the top floor has excellent views. Will be returning to this VRBO! Thanks Dallas!

High school memories were brought back to life when 2 couples, who graduated together, attended an ELO concert in the great city of Austin, Texas. The event was highlighted by a stay in this beautiful penthouse condo. It was perfectly appointed and we enjoyed so much reminiscing outside on the balcony with an awesome postcard view of the ATX skyline. Don’t pass this one up, book it today!
