This modest 1960s duplex has been partially updated over the years and offers a comfortable, no-frills stay for guests needing a solid, budget-friendly option. This unit is approximately 700 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. While some updates were made 10-15 years ago, it’s still an older home with compact rooms and a simple layout. That said, guests tend to appreciate having two separate bedrooms at an affordable rate, plus the convenient location. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Linens, towels, and starter toiletries are provided. There’s a private laundry room off the carport. The layout is compact, but everything is set up to make your stay comfortable. The home is located just a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & Anderson Ln, putting you close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and public transit options. Downtown is about 15-20 minutes away, or more depending on traffic.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
This is one side of a duplex—both sides can be rented together if available. Each side is similar, with small differences in layout and furnishings.
Guests have private access to their side of the duplex as well as their own private, fenced yard.
We do have pack & play crib available for guest use, but sheets for it are not provided.
Starter toiletries are provided.
The laundry room is under the carport.
