Nice hotel

This is our second stay at this hotel. Rooms are very nice with lots of space to spread out and a full kitchen. Very convenient location for us. The bathroom could have used a good scrubbing!

Clean & Comfortable Hotel -- Pet-Friendly

We stayed there for a couple of nights. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating. There are many dining and shopping options in the area, some are walkable. We will be staying here again in the future.

It was comfortable. Nice breakfast, but a waffle iron would have made it better. Staff was friendly. The slope on the south entrance is pretty steep in places.

Set back next to a Home Depot the property is clean, the rooms large and staff nice. Restaurants close early (9pm) so late night nothing to do. Not walkable but not a bad place.

Very good—but not perfect—YET

While there's always room for improvement, this Hotel always pleases me. The women running the breakfast buffet get an A+ from me. Always fresh food, AMAZING bacon, and a friendly "Good Morning" every day. I stayed a week, and LOVED these women. As for the front desk, Patrick was my favorite. The friendly African-American male spoke TOO LOUDLY and made me feel that my private questions were now the public's business. Otherwise, no complaints with him or the women also working the front desk. My experience with the housekeeping staff was not so great—my room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but it was only cleaned ONE DAY total. Disappointing!

The room was nice, the a/c unit was so loud that it was difficult to sleep with ear plugs, and no hot water for the shower in the morning even after letting the water run for several minutes. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
