Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Canceled last minute

We were set to leave our home at 12 to check in at 3. at 1115 we get a message that our reservation was canceled due to the house not being available. no one from VRBO reached out to try and help find something else. The owner also never responded after that. I usually don't book a place with no reviews, thought id just give this place a try.
