We make a couple trips to Austin every year, and this has become our goto Vrbo. Vince is always great to work with and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The location is convenient and the floorplan works great for our situation.

Well, this was not "luxury" at all... a very college-apartment-feel... But it was fine for our needs
Good layout, good water pressure in shower
Beds and living room chairs not super comfortable
Parking space very tight... We had a small SUV
This vrbo was a perfect place to accommodate a group of six. Lots of usb connections throughout the living space and bedroom areas.
We recommend this vrbo to others that need plenty of space.
I loved the cleanliness of everything and the fact that I left the complex with clean clothes after a weeks stay made traveling to our next destination easier. The washer/ dryer was a big plus for us.
The parking was less than perfect for our large F350 and had to park on the street.
A good layout for us. “Luxury” is an overstatement—but all the basics are there. Needs a full-size mirror on the wall for sure—a girl’s got to check her style! Mattress….not great. The “balcony” is a bit tacky—no grill that I could see. It servesd us well as we just needed a place to sleep close to our kids. We would stay again.
Everything went well, the property is perfectly fine as a place to stay. Its pretty basic but it works. Price was comparable to much nicer properties, but the location can make up for it if you need to be in the area.

Good for two beds and baths
Excellent communication. If you have two cars, the covered parking is narrow with metal poles that don’t offer room to park two vehicles easily. There’s street parking, too. Upstairs bedrooms are nice and it has two full baths which is convenient. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen and dining areas were very clean, but the floors needed more attention especially with a hefty cleaning fee. Vince was easy to work with!
