The condo is being updated, we just haven't gotten new photos so it will look even better!

We have two assigned parking spots: 125 & 126 Please do not park in any other spot. There is additional parking on the street.
Please note that the spots are very tight and that sometimes you need to reverse out of the parking lot to be able to get out which can be an inconvenience, especially for those that aren't comfortable with that type of parking situation.
The house sprawls over 2 floors. The ground-floor living space has a decorative fireplace that takes a center view and is a great spot for relaxing with family and friends.
The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need, however, please do not miss all the wonderful food available RIGHT outside your door in this food `mecca.'
The master suite has its own amazing patio where you can step out and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee, with views of Austin's nature abounding. In addition, there is a well-lit working space/desk area perfect for stealing some work time.
We can comfortably sleep 4 guests, there is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. We also have a rollout twin bed for an additional bed.
Whether traveling as a family or on business, this is a memorable spot for you to call your home away from home!

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Perfect distance from UT campus, downtown, Barton springs, congress street - and great coffee shop minutes from the door!
We enjoyed running the trail, walking to shops and restaurants, and just having space to unwind. The area has so many areas to explore that are walk/runnable from the condo - Pease Park, Shoal Creek trail and Lady Bird Lake, Sixth Street, the Capital... Well appointed with comfortable beds, this was a gem.
Lucas’s place was perfect for our group of three friends. Extremely clean, easy check-in, and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed Phoebe’s diner which was a quick 5 min walk. Great location overall and very quiet!

What a cute and comfortable place to stay! We loved the decor and it was so close to all Austin has to offer. Great location for Austin City Limits music festival, we were even able to walk home one night from the Lady Bird Lake entrance to the festival. Can't wait to come back!
Our fist time to Austin and we were very happy with the location. Lucas was very responsive to help in any way. I would highly recommend staying here. Location was perfectly located. Condo was very clean and felt very safe here. We loved that it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to hop on the interstate or go downtown.
This is the most convenient location and most comfortable rental we have had in 10 years of attending the ACL Festival! Beds were comfortable! Walk to Zilker was easy! Condo worked well for us! Highly recommend it!

We were in Texas for a family wedding and decided to stay in Austin to check out the town. The location was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bike trail next to us allowed our group to see a whole other view of the city and work off some of the BBQ we ate. We also took in a U of Texas baseball game.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this property could be so close to downtown and still be as peaceful as it is. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and it worked very well for 4 adults. As others have mentioned, the parking situation is very tight but we managed (we were glad we didn’t take the rental car upgrade-the VW Jetta just barely fit). Don’t let the parking scare you off - it’s a great place!
The condo unit was just as described on the site. The beds were very comfortable and the full bath was large enough to make it easy for 4 adults to share.
The condo was close to all where we going in ATX and there were some really good restaurants within waking distance (The Tavern and 24 Diner).
The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions about the property.
As advertised--clean, well-furnished, spacious, and very responsive management team. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to UT campus, restaurants, Whole Foods and Core Power. Parking was not an issue, both in back lot and on street. Minor issues out of managements control (power outage and internet connection) were handled by Lucas and team with great care to my safety and my main trip objectives.
My teen and I drove from Dallas for our mom/daughter weekend and didn't want to stay in a standard boring hotel. I lived in Austin and graduated from UT so I wanted to share my favorite haunts - which included the quiet charming area near this clean, roomy condo that's full of personality. The spacious two-bedroom, 1.5 bath home featured a cozy living room, full kitchen and fun dining room decorated with a tasteful Austin vibe creating a relaxing, welcoming environment. The condo was quiet and conveniently located to all the places we visited (downtown Austin, Sandy's Custard, Terry Black's BBQ, Zilker Park, South Congress...). Although it was a bit tight for our large SUV, I appreciated the two assigned parking spaces right outside our door. The hosts were friendly and prompt and checked on us to make sure we were pleased. I highly recommend this quiet gem when visiting Austin.
Once we navigated the driveway and found our condo, we were thrilled by the quaint, Southwestern exterior and the two covered porches. After we entered the property, we were blown away by the modern decor, amount of space, and nice furnishings. The open living room and kitchen were quite large with a grand breakfast bar and separate dining room. A first floor half bath with attached laundry room was convenient. The upstairs offered two large bedrooms with access to the porch, a nice bathroom, and a large closet. It was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable with extra linens, pillows, and covers. There was a rollaway bed in the closet, which is large enough to use as a child’s sleeping area. A nice view of trees from the porches. Convenient to everything downtown and close to highways. Quiet area. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommend! Thank you!
Everything was as advertised and communication with property manager was great. Beautifully decorated unit and well cared for with all the conveniences you could want. Beds/pillows were VERY comfortable with very nice quilts. Also, there were lots of supplies in the closet if needed (TP, etc.) Always appreciate that. Access to food/coffee and parks was easy and walkable. The listing gives details about very tight parking and the need to back out. But smaller cars are the only ones that would fit safely. Our truck did not fit as the back end stuck out too far and cars would not be able to drive past, so we did park on the street (which you had to pay for on some days/times).
Beautiful property, not designed for all occupants
The inside of the property was beautiful and perfectly matched the listing photos. However the first impression of the outside and actual function of the home left something to be desired. The parking lot was incredibly narrow and there was construction debris in one of the neighboring spots. Checking in and getting into the home was a breeze. But once we settle in we realized the counters were all taller than average, making it difficult to reach into the deep sinks with short faucets. Any other struggle was the shower; the river rock flooring was painful to stand on and the ridge/curtain didn't do a good job of containing the water. All in all, I would recommend the space for short stays but not for an extended period or for people that are short or with kids.
Apartment was fine. Probably a good fifteen minute walk to west end of 6th street, although our touring took us more toward The center of town. And although we prefer to do as much walking as we can when visiting cities, the heat forced us to use the car mostly..Even then, the sites In the city are not very far.
Not much in bloom at Ladybird Wildflower Center in Mid-May, unfortunately. But worth the visit.
Took day trip to Hill Country and LBJ childhood home and cutesy Fredericksburg, which has some nice German restaurants.
Gave poorer rating on communication. When first arrived, sheets from previous guests were piled on the floor. When we contacted owner, he got back immediately, apologized, and explained that the cleaning crew was detained elsewhere. Problem solved; no big deal. But we never goat any response to other questions we had over our five night stay.
But overall not a bad place. Clean, convenient location, fair price, decently equipped kitchen.
