Great little condo a few blocks off South Congress Street. Loved the Austin themed decorations. Very comfortable and very clean. Lots to do and see nearby. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated really cute. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed being able to walk to South Congress. I will say bring your sleeping mask as the sun came up early & blinded us. Blackout curtains would help.ve been nicebeen nice

Sweet Spot in Austin

Great spot for my wife and I on our first visit to Austin! Quiet, comfortable, neighborhood location close to downtown, Barton Springs, restaurants, shopping, and more. Communication with Vacasa local management team was very good!

Great little condo just a few blocks off South Congress

This was a great little 1-bedroom condo that was decorated with an Austin theme. The unit was very clean and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. A/C worked great. A short walk to South Congress Street which was hopping. Found a great Mexican restaurant, lots to see and do. Highly recommend.

This place was great! Super cute decorations and easy walk to the action..even could walk over the bridge where the bats are and to downtown - there are plenty of bikes/scooters too if you need a lift. Loved it. Clean and had everything ya need!

The place was perfect for me, walkable to South Congress activities and then on over the Bridge to Downtown Austin. Place was extremely clean and nicely put together inside. Be aware there are three flights of stairs.

The property is located in a very nice updated mature neighborhood. Reminds me of the beautiful homes and trees in the Heights in Houston. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and to Congress where there is plenty to see and do. Short walk really. The property is older but well kept. The unit was extremely clean.

Close to Congress

The Interior was very nice...mid-century modern with remodeled kitchen, KS bed and decent bathroom. The exterior is a challenge as difficult wak up 3 flights of 'leaning' stairs and not the most appealing courtyard. Still, I would stay there again in an instant. Great location.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the apartment to be exactly like the listing. Super clean, great location… walking distance to S Congress and all the shops. Very quiet area. It was nice having a spot to come back to at night to unwind and relax in peace.

Great place close to downtown

Stayed for a work event. Space was clean and easily accessible. A 30ish min walk from downtown or quick Uber/scooter. Didn't have much communication with property manager as it wasn't necessary since it was easy enough to manage on your own.

Close to great bars. The only downside is no laundry facilities onsite or anywhere close. So if your like me and dont have a car its a pain to get washing done.

Cozy South River Condo

Great location, a few blocks from South Congress that has shops and dinning options. Place has everything needed for short term stay. If you staying longer there is no washer and dryer. If you work from home, internet would not work great but you can still do essentials with WIFI. Place is well put and decorated with all needed items. It is on the third floor and there is no elevator, but if you don't have health issues than it is a great way to exercise.

Nice place, good location, free parking

This location was great. It’s an apartment on the 3rd floor (stairs only), which has a small but well-appointed kitchen, tons of extra supplies, and super cute decor. We could hear our neighbors occasionally but it was mostly quiet. Very close to shops and restaurants on South Congress. Free parking, rare in Austin. Only “negative” is that the bedroom does not have blackout curtains so the light/sun woke us up every morning. That is a very minor thing though and we would definitely stay here again.
