Great Vibe

The house had a fun vibe and is located conveniently to the live music options which was why we were visiting.

I thought this property was great! There aren’t any ceiling fans, but the house stays pretty cold. I had my bachelor party here and it was a blast! Just be mindful of the neighbors and don’t blast music outside past 10pm. This was a top tier property in my opinion!

UT Graduation weekend

It was good Struggled to get appliances to work. Only on roll of paper towels and only one bath towel per person, parking for two small cars. Not sure how 12 people would actually be able to stay in the house as advertised. It worked out for us but parking on the street in a sketchy neighborhood was not appealing.
