The backyard is a slice of paradise with a luxurious pool, shared with the front house. Dive in for a refreshing swim or lounge poolside, savoring Austin`s unique ambiance. To keep the vibe relaxing for everyone, the pool is best enjoyed as a quiet retreat, perfect for up to three (3) guests at a time. We ask that you keep things mellow outdoors, especially in the evenings. No loud music, and please wrap up pool time by 9pm. It helps keep the space safe, serene, and neighbor-friendly.

As you step inside this brand-new rental, you`re greeted by an elegant living space adorned with tasteful furnishings and modern comforts. You will have access to the entire rental, laundry, and shared pool area. The garage is reserved for the front house and cannot be accessed or used for parking.

Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
