The whole house, front and backyard, is yours! The garage and carport are unavailable, but there is space for 4 cars to park on the property and free street parking. Guests often mention that it is more spacious than the pictures depict.

Loved this property!

Really enjoyed our visit to Austin! It was so nice to have the room to invite our son, his girlfriend, and their little dog to join us. Very spacious and well appointed. Love the backyard.

Amazing location - beautiful place!

We came in town for a concert at the Moody Center. This location was not only within great walking/scooter distance, but the condo was clean - well appointed - and comfortable. Add a hot tub or fire pit and it would be amazing. We’ll definitely stay again!

Perfect location for baseball or softball events on the UT campus. Clean with super comfy beds. Great little coffee shop around the corner.

Great place near UT campus and the capital!

The convenience alone is worth the stay, but the house is well kept, clean and perfect for a family. The layout gave everyone some space in the evenings. Great communication with the host, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin that wants to stay nearby campus.

Perfect Stay!

We had a total of 7 staying here, 4 adults and 3 teens. We were in town for the spring game, and to catch a baseball game as well, for the Longhorns. The place was very clean and spacious! We were within walking distance to the venues, and great eating as well!! I would highly recommend staying here. This will be the first place we look for when we come to Austin for a visit.

Great Experience

This VRBO was awesome. We stayed here for the Texas Rally for Life and it was very close to the Capitol. I felt safe too. Although the stove and bathroom weren't the cleanest but nothing to throw a fit about.

Widespread Panic in ATX

3 dudes had plenty of room and privacy. We attended 2 shows at the ACL Live to witness the best band in the entire world. WSMFP! Nice unit and good location in Austin.

Graduation

It was at a great location not far from where we were needing to go. The only thing we had issues with is that google maps took us to the wrong place and we had to use Apple Maps. It probably should be mentioned on the listing so others don’t get lost as we did.
