"The building was so beautiful, clean, and the rooms were spacious & cozy!! The staff was extremely friendly. DJ was on duty for awhile when we were there & was a bright friendly face every time we came in or out. The breakfast was the best one we have had from a hotel yet. Parking was more than accessible & best price we had found. We WILL be back! Seriously perfect experience."

"I chose this hotel so that I could be close to the United Center as i had 2 concerts to attend during my stay. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be able to walk to the United Center and have a few food establishments close. The staff was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. If you need parking they do have a limited amount of parking passes. These passes are purchased for $25 a day. I arrived Saturday and received mine but some ppl arriving on Monday were not able to park in the hotels lot. There is not a hot breakfast but they did have fruit cups, pop tarts, and maybe breakfast (I cant remember). The room was great for 1 person. Plenty of space to store things and hang your clothes. My only issues were the water pressure on the toilet and their pillows are so soft (i like mine firm). "

"Great hostel like property in Wicker Park. I stay here for business as it has a great business center. I have experienced both the dorm and individual rooms. Every time I have come it has been very clean, I get quick responses from management if I have an issue (door code not working) and most everyone I have met here have been friendly. Location is awesome. Walking distance to a Michelin star restaurant, great small pubs nearby, Jewl-Osco, Barnes and Noble, etc. Always very clean."

"It was great. I lost my key card twice i was given a new one both times. I would like to mention someone was at the desk each time i went whether it 9am or 2am. Staff is great. Quick easy check in and check out. Out of all the inconveniences i faced on my trip to Chicago, this hotel was NOT one of them. Wasn’t my first choice but will probably be on my list when i come back "
