"The old bath-house which has been beautifully renovated and updated into a great hotel is very well presented and maintained. The owners were very nice and welcoming and pointed out nearby shops and restaurants close to the hotel. The room was more like a small apartment in a good way in that it had lots of space, the bedroom area was seperate to the kitchin / dining room. The kitchen had a microwave , kettle, electric hob, fridge, sink, kettle and I made good use of the kitchen during my one night stay (cant beat home style cooking!) All the items I needed to prepare dinner I purchased from the walking distance Kiwi supermarket which had a great range. Overall one of the better places I have stayed in the last 3 months travelling around Scandinavia, all of Europe and Turkey - Thnk you!"

"Wir haben eine richtig tolle und erholsame Woche in dem schönen Haus gehabt. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter könnte man es gut hier aushalten. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist man hier genau richtig."

"This place really surprised us in a positive way. The cottage is basic but charming and welcoming; an open door with our name, a nice jar of jam on the kitchen table, lots of nice decoration, bed linen and towels provided. Well equipped bed rooms, kitchen, sitting area and terrace. Lots of space around the house to hang out. Two lakes where you can swim and picknick on walking distance. A little boat, canoes and kayak were waiting for us at one of the lakes. The area is quiet and remote, supermarket is 20 minutes."

"Wir fühlten uns bei Frau Peteres sehr willkommen, die Kommunikation war superschnell und hilfreich. Das Haus fanden und verließen wir sehr sauber, funktional und zum wohlfühlen eigerichtet. Von der Einrichtung her war einfach alles vor Ort, was es für 14 Tage erholsamen Urlaub für uns brauchte. Wir genossen es als Basis für unsere Unternehmungen: Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren ab Haustür. Fürs Baden und Angeln sind die Seen ein bißerl weiter weg, aber (mit dem Auto zügig und gut) erreichbar. Eine hübsche private Badestelle gibt es einen Ort weiter am See, die wir gerne nutzten. Die norwegische Grenze ist nicht weit und die Geschichte der Region lässt sich auf verschiedenen Wanderwegen gut erkunden, teilweise brauchten wir hierzu aber das Auto, um die Einstiegspunkte zu erreichen. Genauso mussten wir für kulturelle Highlights (z.B. die Gammelvala in Brunskog nähe Arvika oder das Zuhause von Selma Lagerlöf in Marbacka) schon auch Fahrtstrecken einplanen. Für uns hat die Mischung von abgeschiedener Lage des Hauses und Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten von Haus Rintetorp gepasst. Danke an Frau Peters und Ihr Team! Wir kommen gerne wieder in eines Ihrer Häuser :-)."
