Best hotel in town period.

Loved it! This hotel is expensive, but I believe it offers great value. It’s luxurious without being pretentious, and I appreciate the fact that they do not charge you for every little thing, but rather include almost everything in the price. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the hotel is something out of a good movie. The staff were terrific. We went on a guided one hour torch nature walk that the hotel puts on Friday night. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Hotel was perfect before our hut to hut in stubai.

We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. Innsbruck is a great place, with beautiful views of snowy mountains around the city. The hotel is place situated such that you get the view of beautiful mountains from your room. Enjoyed the stay

Every thing perfect

While the rooms are fine , everything else the hotel offers is brilliant ! A location impossible to beat! The hotel breakfast with one possible exception at a Four Seasons in the Middle East,was the best ever ! Amazing ! Finally, the hotel staff was exceptional So helpful in every way. Especial gratitude should go out to the wonderful Vittoria and her assistant the very accommodating Olivier ! THey were THE BEST
