"Location and vibe of the community is absolutely amazing. This was a great value and we definitely enjoyed the stay. Some of the highlights of this place were the private pier, beautiful little tropical community, and proximity to Fulton Beach rd. The neighbors were great, I don’t know why they were mentioned as a negative in the past but as long as you follow the booking rules then no problem. As far as anything negative, I would probably say it would be nice to have a bbq grill available....

"The house is exactly as photographed and the beds are comfy. Love that enclosed porch! Hot water takes a minute to come on, but we're used to that. Tap tastes just fine. Lots of restaurants are very close by and HEB too. Quiet neighborhood. If ever we return to this part of the Gulf we'd be very happy to stay here again!"

"Wonderful Bay House home. Didnt catch too may fish. But chilled and enjoyed games and great pier. We got to see a beautiful rainbow. The home is very comfortable and the Rockport Walmart and HEB were close. We went to Moon Doggies to eat. Soggy Pollards was a wonderful home for us."
