The grounds are lovely and the pool cleaned daily. The interior of the home has a bit of an industrial vibe as almost everything is made of concrete except the mattresses. The best amenities are beach-oriented: The views, the tiki hut with hammacks, the outdoor showers. Wading and playing in the ocean is possible if you don't mind being knocked down by a wave once in a while. The only drawbacks of this property are the quantities of litter and trash strewn about in the strip of land between the ocean front deck and the beach and in the vacant property next door, And, we had to squash a few cockroaches in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Perhaps their presence could have been prevented if the cleaning crew regularly looked (and cleaned) in all the nooks and crannies?
