Overall pleasant stay

Nice facility although no elevator from lobby level, had to pull suitcase up ramp alongside stairs for half a flight of stairs. Ramp was wide enough for carryon but not for checked bag. Mildew on shower grout. Reception staff friendly but restaurant staff would clearly prefer us not to bother them. Very different from the exceptional service at two other Ibis hotels we'd stayed at on this vacation

Chambre très petite, lavabo remplacé par un lave main, par manque de place, jamais je n'ai vu cela. Partie commune qui a besoin d'une grosse rénovation, très année 70. accés parking non entrenu et un peu confu dans le sens d'accés. Un peu déçu car il n'est pas au standard des ibis style que je fréquente toutes les semaines. il vaut mieux prendre le ibis budget en face, tout neuf et moins cher. Le ibis style ne justifie pas le prix.

Un hôtel très facile à trouver. Une très bonne literie. Etat de propreté impeccable. Par contre, les huisseries sont fatiguées et demanderaient à être remplacées. petit déjeuner copieux.

Chambre inadapté pour un séjour affaire

Séjour catastrophique car la chambre numéro 320 qui m'a été donné était anormalement petite avec une salle de bain minuscule et un évier inadapté pour faire sa toilette. Cette chambre est juste collé à l'ascenseur.

panne de chauffage dans la.journne et aucune informations donnees au clients suite au directives du dirzcteur .Plus de rafiateur d appoint alors que c etait la nuit la plus froide de l.hiver ... Tremblement dans la chambre.

La chambre est inadaptée pour 4, un canapé lit pour faire dormir les enfants avec matelas creusé. Le lit deux personnes et le canapé déplié ne permettent pas d’ouvrir la valise dans la chambre, impossible de poser ses affaires quelque part même dans la salle de bain. Pas d’étagère, pas de kit d’hygiène même standard proposé. Uniquement un savon universel et des gobelets. Nous avons eu une petite boîte de pastilles à la menthe avons eu le plaisir de trouver l’emballage des pastilles de précédents occupants de la chambre dans les draps. Globalement la chambre était propre mais l’état des menuiserie est médiocre, les joints de fenêtre sont moisis et le confort reste sommaire pour un trois étoiles. Le point positif reste le buffet du petit déjeuner, fourni avec des produits qualitatifs. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Nous repartons peu reposés et n’ayant pas l’énergie de faire un long retour à l’hôtesse d’accueil à notre départ, ne sachant par où commencer.

Séjour agréable hôtel à recommander

Accès facile, parking disponible, accueil très agréable, le personnel est courtois. L’hôtel est calme et bien insonorisé. Le linge de toilette est en quantité suffisante et la piscine est appréciable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Peu de place pour poser les trousses et accessoires de toilette dans la salle de bain, manquait aussi une patère dans la salle de bain (trou dans le mur) , et un éclairage suffisant.
