"We had a pleasant stay here. The Hotel is a traditional family run hotel full of character and a friendly welcome. The room was clean and tidy and is well placed for exploring Abbeville along the Somme river or even handy for the railway station if you wish to explore the area further by train. The Breakfast was excellent and plenty with a good selection of juice, fresh bread, fresh Croissants, Yoghurt, excellent coffee, preserves and all in all good value for money"

"This is a lovely old property in a quiet ,rural location . It is not really a hotel but more a very elegant bed and breakfast / chambre d’ hotes establishment with a.charming proprietor. Excellent in its own way , with an especially good breakfast . "

"A great one night stay booked as a stopover to break up a longer journey. So easy to get to from the main highway, parking right outside our room and a very comfortable night stay. We loved the window shutters that helped make the room dark for a great sleep. Staff were incredibly welcoming and so good with children. The restaurant was great for an evening meal. The location next to the airfield was fab to watch a few small planes land and it provided some great child entertainment! "

"This is a simple, efficient, friendly and well-run hotel. Also has an excellent restaurant for a hotel of this size. In fact I literally just stayed at the Ibis Styles Châtelaillon-Plage which has a spa, a pool and is near the beach - a nice hotel too, but its restaurant really is pricey and mediocre. The Ibis Abbeville, supposedly a lower standard absolutely beats it hands down with regard to service and its restaurant."

"The hotel itself was quaint, clean, and easily accessible. however they did not have dedicated parking for the establishment and you have to be sure you park in the correct colored parking slots or you can be ticketed."

"This beautiful property exceeded all our expectations and while the listing is accurate it does not really reflect how amazing this property is . Nestled away the property is like a hidden gem set in stunning and well maintained gardens which are a delight to walk around . The tennis court is an added bonus . Inside the house is beautifully maintained with fixtures and fittings in line with the grandeur this property deserves. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our friends birthday and spending time just relaxing in the house and enjoying the space was perfect. Our hiost Marie was extremely communicative and helped put us in touch with Marianne the chef . This made our weekend - Marianne catered to our needs for breakfast which was large varied and splendid a 3 course evening meal -which was quite delicious . We ate in the auberge opposite for the first night but when we return we will request Marianne’s services for each night of our stay . It was a perfect weekend all round and we will definitely be back ."

"What a lovely spot. So peaceful with on the sounds of ducks cockerels and donkey’s for a bit of background atmosphere. Located in the French countryside with close local amenities. And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. Abbevile close with great train links to Paris where we spent a great day and Amiens just over an hour drive Was about 1 hour 30 mins drive to visit the world war 1 memorial sites, well worth the drive. The cottages is lovely very French. But garden is huge with great fencing so perfect for children and dogs. All though we didn’t need her the owner was easily reachable and live local when we arrived all it took was a quick call and she was with us in 5 mins. I’m sure if we needed her she would have been there. Great place great area can recommend and we will surely use again if we are in that area. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudie's property. It was beautifully maintained, conveniently located, and surrounded by stunning farms and countryside gems. The little tavern in town was closed while we were there, hope you can visit it for me! Thank you Claudie for the wonderful breakfasts."
