  • Welcome to 217 Beacon A - Avalon Home. This is a beautifully decorated town home in the heart of Avalon. The top of three levels has two master bedroom suites with spacious Cal King and Queen beds and a small balcony to sit out and enjoy the views. The middle level has a great room, kitchen, and powder room, with sliders to a side balcony from the living area. You enter the home on the lowest level, where the third bedroom is located with a two sets of bunk beds. This condo is just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and activities. It's a perfect home-away-from-home for families. Approximately 1900 Sq. Ft. 217BA

    This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). Maximum Occupancy: 8 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King Bed | Bedroom 2: Cal King Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds OVEROCCUPANCY WILL RESULT IN EVICTION.
