"Love the place but get noisy at night. The restaurant is very bad. Food prices doesn’t match the quality. Service is terrible, we get our food about 35 minutes but the other couples are walking out. Don’t eat there, please go to other places"

"All was well with the accommodations, the restaurant, bar and amenities. However, I paid for my room through Expedia and yet the hotel tried to charge me for room again. Although I believe the charge will be removed from my credit card, I don't know why it was charged in the first place."

"I stayed here for work. It is connected to a really cool bar so that was definitely a plus. No complaints, it could get a little noisy with the rooms facing the pool but if you have kids it would be a great place to stay."

"Room 215 provided a beautiful view of Lake Geneva. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Very small cafe with no seating downstairs opposite check-in. The Oak and Oar restaurant had a nice view of the lake but we did not eat there. We would stay at this very quiet hotel again."
