This single-family home sleeps up to 7 guests and features three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a modern eat-in kitchen with seating for four, a washer and dryer, and updated furnishings throughout. The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.
The location is unbeatable. The bay is just a few houses away at the end of 21st Street. Avalon's charming town center is nearby with restaurants, shops, bars, and family-friendly activities. The 21st Street beach is easily accessible by bike (6 minutes), or a quick drive (4 minutes), and all borough lots offer free parking.
Outside, enjoy the oversized front porch or unwind in the backyard. A full-size gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and cushioned swivel seating make it a great place to gather after a fun-filled day. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Parking is available on the stone front yard or on the street.
Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM.

This is a no-party property. Avalon has a strict noise ordinance. Violations that result in revocation of our rental license will make guests responsible for three years of lost rental income. Outdoor cameras monitor the property for safety and security. A valid photo ID is required from the booking guest prior to arrival.
