This property is built on a nice corner lot located just 2 blocks to the beach path. The floor plan offers high ceilings & the generous use of windows creates a bright & cheery atmosphere. You can follow the sun or relax in the shade! There is a side deck (which is shaded from the afternoon sun) off the Twin bedroom, a spacious sun deck plus a screened porch! You can skip the hassle of driving, leave your car parked and walk to the beach, center of town, boardwalk and playground located at 29th & the beach front!
