This Beachy beach condo is described by guests as the "perfect" vacation rental. We hope you will feel same. We take pride to make our guest's stay meet or exceed their expectations. The condo is located on 78th street a block away from the beach in Avalon's South-end close to Stone Harbor and 1 block from the Bay. 4 minute walk to Icona Resort (Beach Bar) and Windrift (and Beach!) - Less than 20 walk to Stone Harbor 30 minutes to Cape May.

Great place for Wedding accommodations. Super close to Icona, Winddrift and Reeds of Stone Harbor. 2 day Min in Fall/Winter.

1st floor unit with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is perfectly situated in close proximity to the ocean, bay, Windrift Beach Restaurant, Golden Inn Sand Bar, hotel district, recreation facilities and Stone Harbor's shopping district. Step inside and you will find a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area and 3 sizable bedrooms (bedroom 1 - King bed, 2nd bedroom - full and two twins, 3rd bedroom - twin bunk beds). Sit out front on the porch to relax and people watch. Two Flat screen TV's and Cable and wireless internet provided. Everything was renovated a few years ago, including new kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, master bathroom, lighting, and new central HVAC. Laundry room has new washer and dryer. New Sectional Couch with pull out full bed. Outside shower and common grill to use. Beach house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Beach tags (6) and beach chairs (4) and a beach umbrella will be provided. Beach Towels are also included. We also provide boogie boards, and other beach toys. We will provide a full list of what we have to offer before your stay so you know what to pack. We are always getting new things for our beach house :)

There is a $ 300 deposit. Pets are considered - please inquire. Pet fee $ 150 for 1 pup - $ 250 for 2 pups.

We can supply linens and towels for a $ 200 fee. Beds will be made when you arrive. Please inquire if you are interested in adding to your reservation. There are also services you can contact for linens @ https://www.atshoreservice.com/

Wonderful Last Minute Reservation!

We had another reservation cancelled the night before our trip and were lucky enough to fine Diane’s condo with very little notice. The condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located. Our family of 5 adults and one child had plenty of space. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Perfect weekend at the beach!

Great stay

Perfect stay, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet at night and perfect for a getaway at the beach. I came into town to stay for a wedding and stayed with my husband, mother, and grandparents. Lots of common room space and Our dog was even welcome! Would absolutely stay again!

This is our 3rd year staying at this place and we always enjoy our stay! The location is perfect - close to the beach, bay and downtown shopping in Stone Harbor! Perfect Stay for Me & My Boys

Friends' getaway

Perfect overflow accommodations for our friends' group enjoying an extended fall weekend together a few blocks away in Stone Harbor. The house is very welcoming thanks to great hosts, and all of the amenities are outstanding.

Beach vacation at the Shore

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The check-in process was smooth and not having to bring linens made our trip much smoother. The 1.5 block walk to the beach was easy for even for my five year old! We used the outdoor hose to clean off our feet but didn’t need the open outdoor shower. We dined at the Avalon Brew Pub and Mack’s Pizza, two times each, as they were both a very easy walk. We also grabbed groceries at Bud’s Market, an easy walk down the road. Stone Harbor and Avalon downtowns were both a short drive. All in all we had a great trip and highly recommend!

Avalon Gem

Just had a great week in Avalon/Stone Harbor at this wonderful place. It was clean, modern, quiet, and fully furnished. We did not have to bring anything! Parking was easy and just a short walk down the block to the beach. Would recommend this to anyone!

Perfect Beach Get Away!

This three bedroom condo was a perfect home away from home at the Jersey shore. The pictures accurately depict the property and the convenience of being on the first floor with the cute walk up porch made it extra nice. The owner conveniently includes beach passes, chairs, boogie boards, etc. and the kitchen is well equipped. I would highly recommend this location as it's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and recreation center. You can even walk to the bay for a beautiful sunset! I would definitely stay here again!

We went to Avalon with another couple (4 people) for a short spring getaway which we do every year. This is the first year we have rented a condo. It was terrific! Very clean! Linens were provided! A great locaton,close to Icona. Owner s very responsive.I would highly recommend this condo.. Grear!! gggggggggggggg

I thought the bathroom was dirty with pubic hair in the tub. The kitchen area was full of sand on the first day of arrival. I swept the floor every night. I feel they could use steak knives a strainer, to mention as cookware. The bed in the one room was like a brick so my daughter slept on the coach. The railing of the back porch is very loose. It should be cemented into the ground. The back door was a pain as it did not close on its own. Grease are some Recommendations I would make. Thanks,

Peaceful weekend at the Jersey Shore

My husband and I were looking for a quick, peaceful weekend getaway, and we found it at Donna's place! It was exactly as described! It's 2 "long" blocks to the beach, and a block from the bay. The beach was amazing. The sand is super soft and the waves were very gentle. Our dog had so much fun chasing the waves and walking on the sand. We only used the master bedroom, which had a super comfortable king sized bed and blackout curtains. The kitchen was well stocked, with a blender, drip coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils you would ever need. The sofa was super comfy, and the patio was a great place to chill with a glass of wine in the evening. One thing to note is that the patio does not have a closure, so we just blocked it off with the table so our dog wouldn't run out. Since it was still Covid, we took out and ordered in a lot. One night we picked up at Ricks Seafood in North Wildwood- their broiled platters were amazing. Second night we got delivery from the Watering Hull, which was great as well. Last night we got delivery from Ristorante Luciano- food was slightly salty, but we washed it down with a lot of wine. All in all, it was a great trip!
