The Pavilion was awesome! The staff gave great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Our room was excellent, loved the night lights! Social hour was an unexpected treat! Continental breakfast was full of choices. Absolutely would recommend this hotel!

The staff were all welcoming and we enjoyed the free glass of wine and cheese! The beach is right in front across the walkway,you can seat at the dining area facing the awesome view of the mountain on the right and museum on the left! Thank you so much for the relaxing experience! The room/bathroom esp was nice except for the full size bed, it's probably better for one person not 2, we were scared of falling off 😆. All in all,we had so much fun💕

The Pavilion Hotel has been renovated and looks and feels brand new. From the reception area to the seating areas throughout the property and the hotel rooms -- everything is delightful. They provided breakfast and a daily happy hour in a welcoming space. Thank you to then entire staff who are working hard and took care of all our needs. Note: you walk off the ferry and they transport your luggage to the hotel. First class!

I had an amazing stay at the Pavilion Hotel on Catalina Island and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Avalon. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt welcoming and well-organized. The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made it incredibly convenient to explore everything without needing transportation. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and everything felt fresh and relaxing after a long day out on the island. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was a plus, especially when trying to plan activities or stay connected. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s courtyard—it’s beautiful, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. The fire pits in the evening were a really nice touch and created a relaxing atmosphere. It made the whole experience feel more special and memorable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whether we had questions about the area or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and made sure we felt taken care of. Customer service definitely stood out. Overall, the Pavilion Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a great combination of comfort, convenience, and atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Catalina Island.
