"The rooms have private bathrooms and I liked the way the bunk partially closed me in. Very clean. Staff friendly. Lively. The even better would be that the check-in was confusing because it asked us to download an app to get the key but the key wasn't available in the app. So it was a waste of time. "

"It’s such a pleasure to stay at a hotel where you don’t need to ask for anything; everything is already in the room. The view is amazing, and I loved the heated bathroom floor. All amenities are thoughtfully provided, from towels and extra pillows to an iron and hair dryer. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to the metro, shopping mall, and plenty of food places nearby. If you enjoy the water, you can even go for a swim right outside! I highly recommend Copenhagen Island Hotel and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"This was a great hotel other than the rooms we had required about 6 stairs to get there.. This may not seem like a lot but with very heavy luggage it was. It would be so easy to make 1/2 the width of the steps a ramp and save guest’s backs!"

"There's absolutely no issues with this property - it's clean, friendly, well-equipped for a good rest. Breakfast is just magnificent. The only thing I found to watch for is how large and busy it gets at times. Add extra time for busy elevators and potential switching between towers. I would definitely stay here again."
