Belvedere is a flat with a separate entrance, on the top floor of a villa in Avegno, Liguria.
The access through a large gate with parking space, together with the tiled area with barbecue, sun loungers, table and sun umbrella, and the small strip of natural terrain with hammocks, allows for dedicated outdoor spaces without interference, all at the total disposal of guests. There is also a swimming pool for exclusive use ( 4 x 7 x 1,30 m).

The house therefore enjoys total privacy even though the owners live in the same building.

Kitchenette on the right side of the apartment, The large living room is an open space that includes a sofa bed and a dining table, with large French doors offer panoramic views and overlook the balconies.
To the left of the living room, opposite side from the kitchenette, is access to the master bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and another balcony with a sea view.
A bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Available to guests is a fan in the master bedroom and a large one in the living room, although the location is well ventilated as the house is located on the hillside
