"The house is beautiful and wonderfully appointed - even better than the pictures would have you believe. Location is fantastic - minutes from downtown Aveiro, two big supermarkets and the beaches, but still in a residential neighborhood. Our host Adelaide was so friendly and helpful and made the stay that much better. 10/10 - would definitely recommend."

"The house has a good location, close to the beach and to the city, with all services and shops near. We went by bus from Lisbon to Mira and got an taxi to the house. The accommodations are very nice. We had just a problem with clogging of toilets, but the owner went there on next day with products for us to use on it. The thermoaccumulator size is not enough for 12 people to take shower straight, so we had to organize turns for it along the day. In general we liked a lot to stay on the house."

"This is a very well equipped villa in a lovely location overlooking the lagoon. The village of Torreira a few minutes away is a gem. A pretty little town with old buildings lining the pedestrianised main street at one end and a harbour with brightly painted traditional fishing boats at the other end. The villa has a good heated pool and two comfortable lounges, one of which overlooks the lagoon. The garden is secluded and a nice place to relax. The nearby road is only really noisy on Sundays...

"We loved our time spent at Carmo’s home in Aveiro. She was very thoughtful, and left some local treats and beautiful sunflowers for our enjoyment. Our infant also slept very well in the provided crib, which is quite a feat! The house is just a quick walk to the city center, and we were also able to enjoy Costa Nova and Coimbra while there as well! Carmo was responsive to our questions, and was so gracious and accommodating. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us!"

"We absolutely loved our stay. Eugenia was there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the property. It was incredibly beautiful, well-done, spacious and accommodating. The house had more than we needed- more towels, more pillows, more everything- which was very appreciated. We used this spot as an anchor to visit Porto, Aviero and Bragga - which worked out perfectly. It was very convenient to visit these cities and then come home to a peaceful and relaxing experience. "The hosts are wonderfully welcoming and accessible. We had to change our arrival time, and they were so helpful! That's very comforting as you are travelling from far away. It really felt like the whole place was ours. The garden area and the fencing around the property makes it feel cozy. It's in a quiet neighborhood, with the walking sanctuary nearby.
