"Fantastic huge apartment. Very modern with electronic switches, locks etc enormous king size bed and large bathroom with twin basins large shower, magnifying mirror and bidet. The large living area was very comfortable and there were 2 large TVs (living and bedroom) with 3 English speaking news channels. There was a minor problem with the codes we were sent which did not work and when we arrived we could not get into parking or our room and it was after hours and our eSIM card did not let us make calls unless it was on WhatsApp etc so it was hard to call the emergency number. We accosted another guest who kindly called the emergency number for us and all was resolved quickly however there had been a problem all day with the electronic locks and passcode use. The next day we were issued with a key card in case of further problems. There is a Spar supermarket across the road -open until 7.30pm. The kitchen was supplied with beautiful glassware and plates but a limited range of utensils (no peeler or colander) 2 capsules were provided for coffee machine and you could purchase additional ones from a machine in the guest laundry. The laundry for guests was free to use with washer, dryer and laundry soap. This was a real bonus. After a shaky start with the codes not working we couldn’t believe our luck in finding such a large and beautiful apartment, right in the heart of the old town. You won’t be disappointed. "

"What a great hotel!!! SO beautiful inside and the location can't be beat. It was within walking distance of the funivia and all the dining and shopping a person needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano."

"Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was fantastic! We had a small hiccup at the beginning that’s not worth describing because they took care of it so quickly and seamlessly. Everything was clean and quiet and their breakfast was exceptional! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bolzano!"

"Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and was good. Parking in garage is 25e a day. Sauna and Steam room were a nice treat after hiking. Highly recommend! "

"Staff were very friendly. Whilst it is an older property, the rooms are small, didn't worry me as i was traveling alone. Outdoor area was pleasant to have breakfast (although I didn't partake) also nice for an after dinner drink. Very easy walk to center, would recommend "

"The hosts and their sons have created a stellar property. Meals are mostly excellent, facilities are modern, clean and chique. Views over Brixen/Bressanone are lovely. A good rest stop to put up your feet and just relax after many days hiking in the area. "
