It showed how committed the manager is to supporting guests and providing excellent service, even outside of normal hours. Also, I want to mention that Expedia’s customer service was amazing as well. They supported me very well during the process and were extremely helpful. If you ever book the wrong place or face a problem, Expedia’s team is there to help.
