"The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even allowed us to drop off our baggage early before check-in, which we really appreciated. ​While the room was clean, it does need some attention. There were noticeable beverage stains on the walls opposite the beds, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. The room lighting also needs a rethink: there are no diffusers on the bulbs, making them uncomfortably bright, and the master switch controls everything, meaning it’s a "lights all on or all off" situation. Lastly, the in-room safe required a physical key that was not provided. ​A good stay overall, but fixing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the experience."

"Reception staff friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded and welcomed with a bottle of champagne and treats in our room. Beautiful room overlooking vineyards & pool. Everything extremely clean. Housekeeping fantastic. Everything you require in the room apart from conditioner. We used the spa - book treatments before you arrive as not much choice. Bar area and restaurant lovely. Drinks and food standard great. We ate in restaurant twice. Only complaint we had was there are definitely not enough staff. Reception is well manned however both the bar and restaurant were not. In the bar, we had to go and seek service. The same in the restaurant. They are very slow to acknowledge you, both whilst waiting for a table and for ordering drinks and food."

"Beautiful hotel but they skip in regards to bed size and pillows. Came for a good night sleep but was disappointed. Pillows and actual size of bed was less than satisfactory. They gave us 2 rollaways? However, the room itself looked great as does the general hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful but at the end of the night we didn't get a great sleep. "

"We had a three day break in Reims staying at this hotel. The location was quiet and only a couple of minutes walking distance from the city centre.The room was quiet and comfortable, unfortunately the bath had a few hairs in it on arrival, although nothing terrible. The toilet lids - please get soft close lids ! Towels and bedding were spotless. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
