"Ok, so...the property needs up-dating, a little wear and tear, the kitchen needs to be better equipped and the curtains don't quite fit. But, it was clean, comfortable enough, really secure, I mean, there are four locked doors, therefore four keys to enter apartment. The locality/neighbourhood is real Madrid, ie. not touristy. Metro is minutes away. Any staff you do meet are friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi works."

"El propietario no me quiso cambiar la reserva con la excusa de que tenía q ser el mismo mes, cuando antes me lo había cambiado ya de un mes para otro. Tuve q mandarle mil mensajes, a los q no contestaba. No me dio ninguna solución. Quiero el reembolso."

"Estuvo super bien la estancia. Localización perfecta, cerca de metro y también del autobús para el aeropuerto. El piso muy pequeño pero con todo lo necesario.Lo unico que no me ha parecido clarísimo en el momento de la reserva es que no tiene una habitación privada, está todo juntos la cama y el sofa cama en un espacio unico.Puntazo la limpieza impecable!!"

"Fuera de que no hay una linea directa con el propietario y la comunicación es un poco complicada y no inmediata ante alguna novedad sobre el apartamento y no se sabe con quien o a quien se dirige uno, por lo demás el apartamento cumple las expectativas con una muy buena ubicación. Un plus para los dueños seria colocar unanplancha de ropa para estancias largas, dar alguna cortesia más de papel sanitario tal vez alguna botella de agua, azucar, sal cosas básicas que en otro lugares si manejan. "We had an excellent stay and everything exceeded our expectations! The property managers are very accommodating and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. They let us keep our bags in the room before check-in and even allowed us to check in way earlier. The apartment is in a great location next to restaurants, grocery, and the Metro to go anywhere in Madrid. All spaces were very clean and the bathrooms were maintained daily.
