"Room was renovated, so was nice and clean. They should provide a fridge for free in the rooms for what you are paying for the room. Our toilet wasn’t working but when asked got fixed that day. Overall, I wouldn’t pay that amount of money to stay there again, but once to experience the pools and beach was fine. Pools are beautiful, beach is beautiful. "

"One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and immediately reached out—both directly and through Expedia —to request a simple cancellation or date change. I even made a new reservation for the correct dates, yet the hotel made zero effort to assist. No reply. No acknowledgment. Nothing. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, this level of disregard is unacceptable. I would seriously reconsider staying here based on how poorly they handle even the simplest customer requests."

"Clean roof, they did allow us early check in. No late check out even if a gold member. Extra charge for resort not included in price. "

"The rooms were remodeled but the balcony was very dirty and the door to exit to the balcony was hard to open. The pool water was very murky, thank God the beach was beautiful and we had to buy an umbrella because they don’t even offer you beach chairs. I was very unhappy to reserve a four star hotel resort to find out it was a three star hotel. I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. "

"No safe or iron in the room but it was advertised there were in our booking description. No amenities: no coffee, no kettle in the room. Not enough towels in the room, noisy bathroom door would wake us up in the middle of the night everytime someone would use the bathroom, only positive thing is the location and the beds were comfortable. Way too expensive: close to CAD $3,000 for 4 nights. I wouldn’t book this hotel again. "

"From the start rude welcoming, gave us wrong directions to the room which we had to take a 3 flight up the stairs because of the elevators were not working. The room key did not work, had to go back to the lobby. After finally inside the room strong nasty smell on the sheets and pillows, broken toilet seat. Door would not close from the outside either. No good response from the front desk on trying to solve any of my complaints after expending over $400 per night. Me DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! "
