"The location is really close to the metro station which required 30 mins to the tourist area. Fit for travellers who like to live in residential area rather than tourist area. The apartment has all the facilities you need except a washing machine. There is a bus stop just next to the apartment building. But if you are living on the first floor, the bus arrival announcement is a bit disturbing."

"Beautiful, charming, old hotel that looks like it used to be an apartment. The rating is primarily due to the customer service. They have very strange reception desk hours and they will just change whenever they feel like it. Checkin time is really late at 4pm. We arrived around 2:30 and they wanted to charge us 15 euros just to hold our luggage for an hour. We felt nickel and dimed. Also, checkout is earlier than most hotels at 11am and they aren’t flexible. If they change their customer...
