Décevant

Arrivée tardive (3h du matin) . Pas d'hôtesse à l'accueil alors que j'avais appelé et que l'on m'avait dit qu'il y aurait quelqu'un. Il a fallut appelé pour que l'on vienne nous donner la clé. Le sol de la chambre était gras et glissant. Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et nous avons dû faire le lit mezzanine pour notre fille car il n'était pas fait. Mobilier de mauvaise qualité. En partant il a fallut que j'appelle l'hôtel pour rendre les clés et préciser que nous n'avions pas pris le petit déjeuner et qu'il fallait annulé l'option. Bref heureusement qu'il ne s'agissait que d'une nuit, mais très décevant.

Light Industry park Hotel

The hotel was hidden from the main road, up a scruffy lane, poorly signed, opening into a dingy car park area. Landscaping & outside maintenance appeared non-existent. The taxi driver on dropping me voiced his surprise at my wanting to be dropped at such a place. The entrance lobby was a small passage adjacent to the kitchen, stairs and front door. The owner explained to me that she was fully booked, as it as a busy time in Avignon, with the Festival. She had therefore needed to re-allocate me in another similar hotel, in spite of the booking made some weeks ago. She would order me a taxi to take me there, for which i had to wait about 45 minutes. I finally got to this hotel, Hotel Vert, about 9pm, having to pay the taxi driver myself. All this after a full days travelling. This new hotel seemed friendly enough, though the premises were equally shabby on the outside and poorly maintained inside. My ground floor room had only net curtains, was very basic, though clean. The breakfast was quite adequate, though served on a tray to eliminate the need for table cloths, the paper napkin was hardly big enough to wipe one's nose with. The hotel was 4 km from the centre of Avignon, so a taxi was needed to go into the town daily and to the railway station. I would not have expected your name to have been associated with either of these hotels and I doubt that I shall consider booking hotels through your company in the future.

Confortel Avignon is not a hotel, it is more like a 3rd world Backpackers place. After the check in we found that the room is not clean and is smelly. We run away from Confortel and booked a decent hotel in Avignon. Only later on we found out that they charged our credit card twice.

Nedslitet och sjavigt men billigt

Kanske inte ett hotell man återvänder till. Ligger i ett industriområde som är sjavigt och skumt. Hotellet är mycket nedslitet och därför billigt. Betalar hellre lite till och bor i en anständig miljö.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La chambre et la salle d'eau sont petites mais fonctionnelles, sobres et propres. Avec mon épouse nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons également apprécié le calme et l'accueil très sympathique qui nous a été réservé. Conclusion : Je suis très satisfait.

Scomodo da raggiungere. La stanza puzzava fortemente di muffa. Abbiamo provato ad aprire la finestra, ma abbiamo dovuto richiudere immediatamente in quanto, essendo posta al piano terra, si era già intrufolato un gatto. Il letto era troppo basso ed il materasso duro e scomodo. Il bagno piccolo e senza piatto doccia per cui siamo stati costretti a mettere per terra i teli che dovevano servire per asciugarci. Da evitare assolutamente.

Expérience décevante

Robinetterie déglinguée (chambre 25) TV en panne (on nous a changé de chambre) esthétique vieillotte et sombre . Accès mal signalisé. Où est l'enseigne Confortel? Abords mal tenus. Mais réceptionniste agréable et très patiente.

Hôtel moyen mais personnel accueillant

Petit hôtel avec le minimum de confort même s'il est un peu vieux. Plutôt bien insonorisé. Mcdo à 500 m, très pratique. Personnel accueillant et disponible, vraiment agréable Quartier peu sécurisant, bruyant. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté d'une station service.

Une chambre qui n'aurait pas dû être proposée

Chambre propre, mais toilettes exiguës, pas de tirette de la chasse d'eau (il faut enlever le couvercle du réservoir et chercher comment relever le bouchon pour avoir une chasse), un dévidoir de papier toilette qui exige une souplesse de danseuse (il est exactement dans le dos et assez élevé), pas de support de la douchette. Aucun document d'accueil dans la chambre (comment joindre le personnel, code wifi, rappel de l'heure du petit-déjeuner etc.), si ce n'est un document "incendie" chiffonné et cloué sur un mur. Wifi inefficace pour même relever des mails. Le lendemain, après avoir accusé l'incurie de la femme de ménage, le personnel a tout de même fait le geste de m'offrir le petit déjeuner (par ailleurs suffisant mais vraiment "cheap" dans le choix des produits : fromage, charcuterie et jus de fruits).

Hôtel qui a besoin d'etre rénové sérieusement.

Attention cette hôtel ne vaut pas 2etoiles ménage non fait à part les draps, la douche ainsi que cuvette des toilette mais qui sont mal fixer. Climatisation qui fuit ça sent le renfermer ça tombe en ruine
