We had a lovely stay here. The location is top notch - Nextdoor to the Palais de Papes, on a spectacular plaza. Bunk beds for our son and a comfortable bed for us was very appreciated. Excellent!

My room was fine, I did like the historical feel to the hotel and facilities. My room did have a bad odour which I believe was coming from the drains. Location was great, girl at reception was very nice, polite and helpful. We didn't eat there but the menu looked good and plenty options.

Please understand that this is an old hotel with remarkable character and charm. Everything is small (including the elevator and the hallways!) but perfectly adequate. It is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. This hotel is remarkably well situation in the heart of the city, and everything you could possibly want is a very easy walk. Endless cafes and shopping are within a 5 minute walk. I would absolutely stay here again.

Charming hotel in the perfect location! Will dream of coming back! The view out of our window was the papal palace. The quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in even though it is city center. I am sure that was because of the cut stone walls. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the price. But there are plenty of dining options within easy walking. Our train was leaving later in the day so they were happy to hold our luggage after we checked out. Our stay really was perfect!

Das Zimmer war cool, ruhig und sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt genau am Eingang zum Place de la pape. Frühstück war üppig und genügend.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, très bien situé. Vous ne pouvez pas accéder à l'hôtel en voiture depuis la rue, mais un parking souterrain est très proche avec une sortie devant l'hôtel.

positif : l'emplacement exceptionnel de l'hôtel en plein centre ville, en face du palais des papes, les deux personnes que j'ai rencontre à la réception le soir et le matin était très très gentille, le petit-déjeuner est plutôt simple mais bon, le bâtiment est ancien est à beaucoup de charme (pierre dans les chambres au mur, douche en pierre, poutres dans la salle du petit-déjeuner etc) négatif : les chambres sont très mal insonorisées (je pense que c'est en partie du au bâtiment ancien et que les rénovations sont compliquées à cause des normes), j'entendais mes voisins parlaient et ça m'a réveillé dès 8h/8h30 le matin, trace noire bizarre dans les toilettes de manière globale je recommande l'établissement et j'ai quand même passé un excellent séjour
